Position: Legal Executive
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: LL.B. / LL.M.
- Experience: 1–2 Years
- Candidates should possess a strong understanding of corporate, commercial, and labour laws.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements, contracts, notices, and other legal documents.
- Coordinating with external advocates and legal consultants.
- Handling litigation matters and maintaining legal records.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Managing legal correspondence and documentation.
- Assisting management in legal dispute resolution and risk mitigation.
Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labour laws.
- Excellent legal drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and adhere to deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation.
