Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- 0–6 months of experience in legal drafting and advisory work.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of dispute resolution and settlement processes.
- Excellent communication and client counselling skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple matters.
- Prior exposure to financial services, loan settlements, or recovery-related matters will be an added advantage.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, including:
- Agreements
- Legal Notices
- Replies
- Settlement Drafts
- Provide legal advisory support on civil, commercial, and financial disputes.
- Handle settlement negotiations with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Counsel clients on legal strategy, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation.
- Assist in case analysis, documentation, and coordination with senior advocates.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
