Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should preferably have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent, with a commerce background.
- Strong knowledge of relevant statutes, regulations, and legal principles.
- Experience in corporate legal roles, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of property law and conveyancing, including property documentation and registrations.
- Experience in legal document preparation and contract drafting.
- Enrollment with a recognized Bar Council is an advantage.
- A B.Com LL.B. or M.Com LL.B. background is preferred.
