Legal Job Opportunity – Legal Executive (Entry-Level)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold an LL.B. degree (mandatory) from a recognized university.
- Have 0–2 years of relevant internship or work experience in the legal field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Company Secretary (CS) qualification will be an added advantage.
- Possess a strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Have proficiency in legal drafting, document review, and compliance.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity with the MCA Portal and legal databases such as SCC and Manupatra is desirable.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, NDAs, licensing agreements, vendor and service-level agreements.
- Assisting in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings.
- Responding to legal notices, regulatory queries, and statutory correspondence.
- Conducting legal research on media laws, IP, labour laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintaining legal records, contract trackers, and litigation logs.
- Coordinating with external counsels, regulatory authorities, and internal teams.
- Assisting in drafting internal policies, including Codes of Conduct, POSH policies, employment policies, and SOPs.
- Supporting legal due diligence for investments, mergers, and business restructuring.
- Preparing compliance documentation under applicable corporate and media sector laws.
