Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. Degree
- 5–6 Years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Preferably experience across both law firm and in-house roles
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
1. Contracting & Commercial Negotiations (Core Focus)
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating:
- SaaS Agreements
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Reseller and Channel Partner Agreements
- NDAs
- Vendor and Customer Contracts
- Supporting Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams
- Leading end-to-end contract negotiations
- Standardising templates, playbooks, and clause libraries
- Supporting deal structuring, renewals, amendments, and contract lifecycle management
2. Employment & HR Legal Support
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and separation documentation
- Advising on workplace policies and code of conduct
- Supporting disciplinary processes and investigations
- Advising on labour law compliance, including POSH matters
- Coordinating with external counsel in case of disputes
3. Risk Management & Legal Operations
- Providing day-to-day legal advisory to internal stakeholders
- Identifying and mitigating legal and contractual risks
- Improving internal legal documentation and processes
4. Data Privacy (Limited Scope)
- Supporting basic data protection compliance within contracts and internal policies

- Experience in employment and HR-related legal advisory
