Eligibility Criteria
- 6–9 years of relevant experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Strong understanding of commercial laws
- Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or platform-based businesses preferred
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end contracting processes
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements such as:
- Lease Agreements
- Management Services Agreements
- Buy-Sell Agreements
- Revenue Sharing Agreements
- Vendor Contracts
- Develop and standardize contract templates
- Ensure legal and commercial alignment in agreements
- Advise internal stakeholders on risk-mitigated legal solutions
- Handle end-to-end contracting independently
