Position
Senior Executive Legal Counsel (L2)
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent qualification.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Experience in reviewing technology, data privacy, outsourcing, or service agreements is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT/ITES, consulting, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or technology sectors.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws, AI-related contractual provisions, and compliance frameworks will be an added advantage.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial, vendor, procurement, technology, and operational agreements.
- Handle end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including amendments, renewals, and tracking.
- Identify legal, financial, operational, and compliance risks and provide mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with business, finance, procurement, privacy, and compliance teams.
- Support contract execution, redlining, documentation, and repository management.
- Prepare contract summaries, risk assessments, reports, and management updates.
- Assist in audits, compliance assessments, and process improvement initiatives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
