Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
- Master’s degree or specialized diploma in Corporate Law or Commercial Law is preferred.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in real estate, particularly the hospitality segment, or with international hotel brands.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Commercial contracts
- Procurement and vendor agreements
- Regulatory compliance
- Legal risk assessment

- Draft, review, and format routine agreements such as:
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
