Legal Consultant Opportunity (Corporate Legal Secondment)
Eligibility Criteria
- Advocates with 3–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Strong experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.
- Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Mumbai.
- Candidates should be proactive, capable of working independently, and comfortable handling assignments with minimal supervision.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.
- Handling:
- Supply Agreements
- Licensing Agreements
- Contract Manufacturing Agreements
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs)
- Working closely with the client’s internal legal team and senior leadership.
- The assignment is focused exclusively on business and commercial contracts with no litigation work involved.

Important Notes / Additional Information
- This is an immediate secondment opportunity with one of NC Legal’s premier clients.
- After a brief one-week onboarding period, the selected consultant will be expected to independently manage commercial contract matters while coordinating with the client’s in-house legal team.
