Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
- 3 to 5 years of litigation experience and regular court appearances
- Exceptional candidates with lesser experience may also be considered
- Strong proficiency in both Hindi and English
- Experience with NGOs or human rights organizations is desirable
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling litigation before various courts and tribunals
- Appearing before High Courts and the Supreme Court of India
- Drafting pleadings, legal notices, and legal documentation
- Conducting legal research and preparing advocacy briefs
- Advising and counseling clients
- Working on matters involving:
- Religious freedom
- Minority rights
- Women’s rights
- Female foeticide
- Coordinating with external counsel and organizational leadership
- Conducting trainings, seminars, and preparing reports
- Traveling for court appearances and client meetings

Location: Delhi
Duration of Engagement
- Initial contractual term of 1 year
- Renewable based on performance and organizational requirements
