Legal Job Opportunity (Full-time)
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B / LL.M with strong background in corporate law, contracts, and compliance
- 8–12 years of relevant experience (preferably in the manufacturing sector)
- Strong knowledge of EHS, labour laws, and supply chain compliance
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership mindset with strong integrity and business acumen
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including vendor agreements, NDAs, and commercial contracts
- Ensure regulatory compliance with labour laws, EHS, and corporate regulations
- Provide legal advisory to internal teams on operational, financial, and strategic matters
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation frameworks
- Develop and update internal policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
- Manage litigation and coordinate with external legal counsel
- Conduct compliance training and promote legal awareness
- Support corporate legal matters including intellectual property and ethics compliance
