Legal & Compliance Internship Opportunity
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students currently in 2nd to 4th year of a 5-year integrated law course or equivalent
- Candidates with:
- Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Legal research and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel including trackers, data management, and reporting
- Familiarity with compliance trackers and license management
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Legal research and documentation
- Compliance tracking and reporting
- Monitoring and management of licenses and agreements
- Maintaining compliance trackers
- Assisting with regulatory and compliance-related work
- Exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms and compliance tools
Mode of Work
Offline Internship
Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli), Maharashtra
Important Dates and Timelines
- Duration: 3 Months
- Extension may be offered based on performance
