Legal Internship (Legal Compliance Internship)
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Work on compliance matters under the Companies Act, 2013
- Assist in legal drafting including commercial lease deeds
- Conduct property due diligence and related documentation
- Handle research work on corporate and regulatory laws
- Gain exposure to IPR-related matters
- Work on RBI, FEMA, and other industry-specific legal frameworks

On-site (Vaishali, Cloud 9 Tower, Delhi NCR)
