Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts including:
- Lease Agreements
- Purchase Agreements
- Development Agreements (DA)
- Joint Ventures (JV)
- Service Contracts
- Ensure compliance of contracts with legal standards and company policies
- Conduct legal research on real estate laws, regulations, and case laws
- Develop and implement compliance policies
- Perform due diligence including:
- Title verification
- Zoning regulations
- Environmental assessments
- Maintain legal and compliance documentation records
- Provide legal advice to management and cross-functional teams
- Conduct training sessions to promote legal awareness and compliance
