Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B degree from a recognized law school.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation, dispute resolution, or related legal practice preferred.
- Strong knowledge of laws including Constitutional, Civil, Criminal, Corporate, Matrimonial, and Banking & Finance laws.
- Experience in working before tribunals such as NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, and other courts will be considered an advantage.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting legal documents and pleadings.
- Conducting legal research and case analysis.
- Providing legal advice and assisting in client consultations.
- Assisting in court procedures and case preparation.
- Supporting litigation, arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution proceedings.
