Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- Professional qualification in Law.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Experience working in a large and complex business environment.
- Strong contract negotiation and risk assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with teams across multiple countries and time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the consumer goods or retail sector.
- Understanding of procurement processes and legal aspects of supplier relationships.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Market Legal Support
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and operational legal tasks.
- Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
- Support submission of documents before relevant authorities.
- Assist in contract management and administration.
- Drive innovation and technology adoption in legal service delivery.
Contracting
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with third parties.
- Manage supplier contracts and related risk profiles.
- Ensure the use of updated legal templates, clauses, and schedules.
- Coordinate with legal teams across Europe and Greater Asia on contract-related matters.
Governance & Compliance
- Monitor deviations from standard contractual clauses and identify associated risks.
- Ensure internal contract templates remain updated and compliant.
- Recommend and implement improvements in contract management processes.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Procurement, Finance, HR, Data Privacy, and Digital Marketing.
- Engage with external legal counsel and other key stakeholders.
