Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should:
- Have 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in IP and/or commercial law.
- Have experience in contract drafting, IP filings and client communication.
- Possess strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Be capable of managing deadlines and handling multiple assignments.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to technology law and startup-related matters.
- Interest in legal strategy and business development.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, NDAs and IP-related agreements.
- Supporting trademark, copyright and patent prosecution.
- Conducting legal research on IP and commercial law matters.
- Interacting with clients and assisting with legal advisory services.
- Contributing to client outreach, relationship management and business development initiatives.
