Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized institution.
- 2–4 years of legal experience, preferably in the IT, technology, or services industry.
- Hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating:
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs)
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Strong contract drafting and review skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to global clients and cross-border contracts.
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
