Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold an LL.B. degree or possess a Company Secretary (CS) background.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters.
- Possess hands-on experience in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and liquidation proceedings.
- Demonstrate strong drafting and communication skills.
- Be available for immediate joining.
