Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- An LL.B. or integrated 5-year LL.B. degree from a recognised university or law school.
- 2–4 years of experience in an in-house corporate legal team or a reputable law firm.
- Experience in D2C, retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors is preferred.
- Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
- Foundational knowledge of Intellectual Property Law, Contract Law, the Consumer Protection Act, and retail licensing.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic start-up environment.
