Legal Job Opportunity – Legal Associate (Litigation)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be enrolled advocates with 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Be enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi (mandatory).
- Possess strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Have meticulous attention to detail.
- Be willing to take ownership of matters from start to finish.
- Be committed to building a long-term litigation practice.
- Prior experience in Supreme Court and High Court litigation will be an added advantage.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected Associate will work directly with the firm’s partners on matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Tribunals, and District Courts, including:
- Conducting legal research using platforms such as SCC Online and formulating case strategy.
- Drafting petitions, pleadings, and written submissions within prescribed timelines.
- Attending client conferences and briefings.
- Coordinating with Senior Counsel and managing case files.
- Appearing before courts in matters relating to:
- Constitutional law
- Civil law
- Commercial disputes
- Criminal law
- Arbitration
- Other litigation practice areas
