Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold an LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
- Have 1–4 years of relevant legal experience.
- Freshers with exceptional internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Possess strong legal drafting, contract negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and other legal documents.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Providing legal support to business and leadership teams on day-to-day legal matters.
- Coordinating with external legal counsel whenever required.
- Maintaining legal documentation and managing corporate legal records.
- Assisting in dispute resolution matters.
- Conducting legal research to support business and legal functions.
