Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have:
- LL.B. degree, either through a 3-year or integrated programme
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Additional qualification as a CS Trainee is desirable
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing and filing statutory forms, returns, and regulatory documents
- Handling MCA portal filings and company law compliance
- Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining agreements and contracts
- Drafting Board Resolutions, Notices, Agendas, Minutes, and Circular Resolutions
- Supporting corporate governance activities
- Reviewing compliance obligations and tracking statutory deadlines
- Coordinating with internal teams for timely filings and documentation
