Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognised university in India.
- Prior professional legal experience is required.
- Experience in labor and employment law is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting US-based companies, law firms or legal teams is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with US employment law, litigation support or corporate legal matters will be an advantage.
- Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
