Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be Fresh Law Graduates or recently enrolled Advocates.
- Have a keen interest in Financial and Banking Law.
- Possess strong communication, drafting, and client-handling skills.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Advising and counselling clients on legal and financial matters.
- Educating clients regarding debt resolution and settlement mechanisms.
- Drafting legal notices and other legal documentation.
- Handling arbitration and conciliation matters involving banks and financial institutions.
- Strategically managing client matters throughout the debt settlement process.
Mode of Work
- Offline (Desk-Based)
- Location: Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
- No court appearances or litigation visits are required.
Stipend / Salary / Perks
