Eligibility Criteria
- Open to 4th- and 5th-year law students and recent law graduates.
- Prior internship experience in any of the following areas is required:
- Intellectual Property Rights
- Corporate Law
- Private Placement
- Overseas Direct Investment (ODI)
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail are expected.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Interns will gain practical exposure to:
- Trademark searches, applications and examination reports.
- Company incorporation, SPICe+ and MCA filings.
- Drafting and reviewing MOA, AOA and LLP agreements.
- Contracts, MOUs and Shareholder Agreements.
- Private placement and fundraising documentation.
- Legal research and legal content development.
