Legal Associate I (Paralegal Role)
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma/Certificate in Paralegal Studies or Paralegal Practice
- OR BBA LL.B./LL.B. graduates (preferably with specialization in corporate laws)
- 0–3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work in a dynamic, global work environment
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Assisting in contract preparation, negotiation, and lifecycle management
- Supporting compliance screenings and third-party due diligence processes
- Maintaining contracts database and document repositories
- Assisting in corporate compliance and legal operations tasks
- Supporting litigation, compliance, and employment-related matters
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assisting in incident management and reporting processes
