Position Title
Legal Associate (FinTech Team)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate and commercial contracts
- Mandatory hands-on experience in the FinTech sector
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage assignments efficiently
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing commercial agreements
- Managing the complete contract lifecycle independently
- Advising on FinTech regulatory frameworks, including:
- Reserve Bank of India regulations
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 compliance
- Payments and digital lending regulations
- Outsourcing norms
- Identifying legal risks and providing practical business-oriented solutions
- Collaborating with business and product teams on compliance matters

Industry Experience Required
FinTech industry experience is mandatory.
