Eligibility Criteria
For Legal Associate Position:
- Law Graduates and Advocates
For Legal Internship Position:
- Law Students from:
- 3rd Year onwards of a 5-Year Integrated Law Course, or
- Final Year of a 3-Year LL.B. Course
Preferred Candidates:
- Individuals with prior experience in title search, property verification, legal documentation, and drafting.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be involved in:
- Preparation and analysis of Title Search Reports
- Property Due Diligence and Land Records Verification
- Drafting and vetting of legal documents
- Legal research and case law analysis
- Handling matters relating to Civil, Criminal, Corporate, and Property Laws
- Assisting in litigation and non-litigation assignments
Preferred Skills
Applicants should possess:
- Experience in title due diligence and search report preparation
- Strong legal drafting and analytical abilities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
- Sound understanding of civil, criminal, corporate, and property law matters
