About the Opportunity
Clergy and Wisemen LLP is inviting applications for two positions of Associate (A0) to join its Disputes Practice at the New Delhi office. The role is designed for young legal professionals seeking hands on exposure to dispute resolution work in a structured and growing practice.
Practice Coverage:
- Commercial litigation
- Civil litigation
- Consumer disputes
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduate at A0 level
- Strong drafting skills
- Sound understanding of current legal and judicial developments
- Ability to work in a professional and deadline driven environment
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, written submissions, and legal notices
- Conducting legal research with focus on recent statutory amendments and judicial precedents
- Assisting senior associates and partners across various judicial and quasi judicial forums
- Providing procedural assistance before courts, tribunals, and consumer forums
