Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduate with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior experience in Media and Entertainment law and Intellectual Property preferred.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and contract management skills.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and contracts.
- Advising on intellectual property matters and rights management.
- Managing legal compliance and risk for content and production activities.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external counsel on transactional and disputes matters.
- Maintaining contract records and supporting corporate legal processes.

- Onsite at Mumbai.
