Legal Assessment Intern – PPO (Freshers Only)
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an LL.B. (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates and final-year law students are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and their practical application.
- Interest in legal consulting, advisory, and assessment work.
- Excellent research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and intellectual property matters.
- Prepare research notes, case summaries, and legal opinion drafts.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, notices, pleadings, and compliance-related documents.
- Organize case files and maintain documentation.
- Track deadlines and support ongoing legal matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams and assist in client-related preparations.
- Contribute to internal knowledge management initiatives.
