Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold an LL.B., B.A. LL.B., or B.B.A. LL.B. degree.
- Be interested in building a career in corporate law.
- Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected Legal Apprentice will:
- Assist in reviewing, drafting, and managing legal agreements and documentation.
- Conduct legal research and support regulatory and compliance-related matters.
- Maintain contract records and legal databases.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding legal queries and documentation.
- Support the legal team in day-to-day legal, operational, and administrative activities.
