Legal Job Opportunity – Legal Analyst
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or a related field from a recognized university.
- Have 1–3 years of experience as a Legal Analyst or in a similar legal support role, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector.
- Possess strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Be capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Knowledge of Indian corporate law and intellectual property law will be an added advantage.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected Legal Analyst will be responsible for:
- Conducting legal research and analysis on:
- Corporate law
- Commercial contracts
- Intellectual property
- Data privacy
- Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating:
- Commercial contracts
- Agreements
- Internal policies
- Memoranda
- Managing and organizing legal documentation.
- Supporting litigation matters, including discovery and document production.
- Monitoring developments in applicable laws and regulations and preparing legal summaries.
- Assisting with compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance.
- Preparing legal reports and presentations.
- Assisting with special projects assigned by the legal department.
