Eligibility Criteria

- Graduates from any stream
- Holders of a 3-year diploma
- Candidates from Law, Commerce, Science, and other academic backgrounds
- Freshers and interns with strong analytical and reading comprehension skills
Preferred qualifications and skills include:
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work with complex English-language legal and property documents
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 98%+ accuracy

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be responsible for:
- Conducting title searches (Patent Searches) for oil and gas properties across the United States
- Reviewing and interpreting legal documents such as:
- Deeds
- Liens
- Probate Records
- Divorce Decrees
- Affidavits of Heirship (AOH)
- Tracing and verifying chains of title and ownership
- Analyzing legal property descriptions
- Identifying and resolving title-related issues
- Collaborating with team leaders and subject matter experts on title defects and document exceptions
- Preparing accurate title examination reports supporting investment decisions
Training & Learning Opportunities
The internship includes structured training on:
