Position: Junior Legal Associate (Real Estate)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold an LL.B. or B.A. LL.B. degree.
- Have 0–2 years of active experience in real estate law.
- Candidates with internships at specialized property law firms during law school may also be considered.
- Possess a strong command of both English and Marathi.
- Have excellent legal drafting skills.
- Have prior exposure to property transactions and revenue documents.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be involved in transactional drafting, including:
- Agreements for Sale
- Sale Deeds
- Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)
- Conveyance Deeds
- Contracts
- Leave and License Agreements
- Registration-related legal documentation
