Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must:
- Hold an LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Have valid Bar Council enrolment.
- Possess 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Intellectual Property Law, particularly trademark practice.
- Have a good understanding of Indian Trademark and Copyright Law.
- Possess basic knowledge of IP litigation and commercial agreements/NDAs.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will assist with:
- Trademark prosecution, including TM-A, TM-M and other relevant filings.
