The selected candidate will work closely with senior members of the team on complex transactions and advisory assignments, including:
- Schemes of arrangement.
- Mergers and demergers before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
- Fast-track mergers.
- Stamp duty advisory.
- Succession planning.
- Corporate restructuring and general corporate advisory matters.
- Legal drafting and management of multiple assignments and timelines.
