Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be engaged in a two-month project involving:
- Preparing corporate compliance checklists.
- Preparing due diligence checklists under applicable laws.
- Conducting legal research and compiling compliance requirements.
- Organising and reviewing relevant statutory requirements.
Mode of Work
- Mode: In-Office
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Joining: Immediate
