Position: Junior Associate
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council or eligibility to enroll is preferred.
- Strong understanding of core legal subjects, statutes, case law, and legal procedures.
- Prior internships or experience in a law firm or corporate legal department will be considered an advantage.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting senior attorneys in drafting and reviewing:
- Contracts
- Pleadings
- Legal Opinions
- Notices
- Legal Correspondence
- Conducting legal research using online databases and research tools.
- Preparing case notes, legal summaries, and briefing materials.
- Organizing and maintaining case files and legal documentation.
- Assisting in client meetings, calls, and discussions as required.
- Supporting case strategy development and legal analysis.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders for timely completion of assignments.
- Ensuring compliance with professional and ethical standards.
