Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the position must:
- Be an LL.B. Graduate
- Have basic knowledge of court proceedings
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word
- Possess strong legal research skills
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be actively involved in:
- Drafting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), replies, and other pleadings
- Conducting detailed legal research
- Assisting in court proceedings
- Supporting appearances before the Hon’ble High Court and other forums
