About the Organization
The Office of Justice K.V. Viswanathan, Judge, Supreme Court of India, has invited applications for its in-person Judicial Internship Programme. The internship offers law students an opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to judicial processes while working closely with the Office of a Judge of the Supreme Court of India.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be:
- Undergraduate law students enrolled in:
- 2nd year or above of a 3-year LL.B. programme; or
- 4th year or above of a 5-year integrated law programme.

Important Dates and Timelines
- Internship applications are being accepted on a rolling basis from August 2026.
- Internships will commence on the first working day of every month unless otherwise specified.
- Applicants are advised to submit their applications at least 5 weeks before their preferred internship month.
- Selected candidates will receive confirmation approximately 2–4 weeks before the commencement of the internship.

Selection Procedure
- Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
- Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed either telephonically or through a virtual mode.
- Final confirmations will be communicated 2–4 weeks before the internship begins.
Important Notes / Additional Information
- Selected interns will undergo an orientation session at the beginning of the internship covering office procedures, tools, policies, templates, and protocols.
- Interns are expected to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity throughout the internship.
