About the Organization
The internship opportunity is offered under the guidance of Adwaita Bhagwat, Legal Consultant at Xecurify, Pune. The legal team works in a dynamic corporate environment handling matters relating to data privacy laws, commercial litigation, contract negotiation, arbitration, POSH compliance, and allied legal domains. Interns will gain exposure to practical corporate legal functioning and advisory work.

- Law students in their Final Year or Pre-Final Year
- Recent Law Graduates
- Candidates who are motivated and keen to gain practical corporate legal exposure
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the in-house legal team and legal consultants
- Supporting work related to data privacy and compliance matters
- Exposure to commercial litigation and dispute-related matters
- Assistance in contract drafting and negotiation
- Involvement in arbitration and POSH-related legal work
- Conducting legal research and drafting assignments as required
