About the Organization
The Office of Justice Vikram Nath, Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for judicial internships on a rolling basis. The internship offers law students and recent graduates an opportunity to gain practical exposure to constitutional and judicial functioning at the apex court of the country.

Applications are invited from:
- Final-year students of the 5-year integrated LL.B. programme
- 3rd-year students of the 3-year LL.B. programme
- Recent law graduates

Important Dates and Timelines
Internship Period Options:
- 12 July 2026 to 31 August 2026
- 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026
- 1 October 2026 to 6 November 2026
- 16 November 2026 to 18 December 2026
Important Notes:
- These are the only available internship periods as per the Supreme Court calendar.
- Candidates should apply only if they are available for the complete duration of the selected period.
- Applications must be submitted before the 15th of every month.
- If applicants do not hear back by the 20th of the month preceding the internship period, the application may be treated as unsuccessful.
