Eligibility Criteria
- Law students enrolled in an accredited law school in India (1st to 5th year)
- Strong interest in Arbitration, Mediation, and ADR
- Both full-time and part-time applicants are eligible
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting and observing arbitration and mediation proceedings
- Conducting legal research and contributing to case preparation
- Drafting documents related to arbitration proceedings
- Supporting development of arbitration-related research and analysis
- Engaging in discussions on dispute resolution mechanisms, confidentiality, and neutrality
