Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day legal compliance.
- Maintain and manage legal documentation.
- Assist in legal correspondence.
- Monitor regulatory updates in SEBI, RBI, FEMA and other applicable laws and prepare briefs on relevant amendments.
- Assist the Legal Counsel in secretarial and other legal work.
- Report directly to the Legal Counsel.
Mode of Work
- On-site at the Kolkata office (address above).
- Office hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Weekly offs: 2nd and 4th Saturdays.
