Eligibility Criteria
- Advocates and legal professionals with 7–11 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Experience in Intellectual Property law, including transactional and advisory work, is desirable.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IP-related agreements, including:
- Assignment Deeds
- Licensing Agreements
- Coexistence Agreements
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Managing end-to-end IP transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and execution.
- Liaising with associates and internal teams on trademark, copyright, and design litigation matters.
- Managing intellectual property portfolios and advising clients on enforcement and protection strategies.
- Advising on IP compliance requirements, internal policies, and risk mitigation measures.
