Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognised university.
- 3–8 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Sound understanding of contract law and commercial legal principles.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services, technology, SaaS or software contracting.
- Knowledge of data privacy and data protection regulations.
