Eligibility Criteria
For the post of Law Officer (Scale I), applicants should:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) and
- Be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council (where applicable), as per the official notification.
Candidates must also satisfy the age limit and other eligibility conditions prescribed in the official recruitment notification.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected Law Officers will generally be responsible for:
- Providing legal advice to the bank.
- Drafting and vetting legal documents.
- Handling litigation and recovery matters.
- Ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance.
- Assisting in contract management and legal risk mitigation.
