Direct Tax Advocate
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Accounting
- Membership with a recognized Bar Association or tax body will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in direct taxation or related fields is mandatory
- Strong understanding of direct tax laws, regulations, and compliance
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on direct tax planning and compliance
- Drafting, reviewing, and filing tax and legal documents
- Representing clients before tax authorities and legal forums
- Monitoring developments in tax laws and regulations
- Providing strategic advice to optimize tax positions
Skills Required
- Expertise in direct taxation principles
- Strong advocacy and drafting skills
- Analytical ability to interpret tax laws and financial data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
